What you do?
As Chef de Rang at restaurant Vermeer, you have a passion for fine-dining. You entertain the guests with your impeccable but subtle service. You are motivated, proactive, and you know how to offer guests a unique experience with your guest-centric approach. In this position you will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through your extensive knowledge of food and wines and your exceptional eye for detail.
As Chef de Rang of Restaurant Vermeer you are responsible for:
· Delivering service at a high level
· Transferring your passion for fine dining to guests by conveying your product knowledge.
· Active input and implementation of new ideas
· You see upselling and cross-selling as a challenge and do so in a natural way.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate:
- has a diploma in Service (MBO 3)
- has at least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Rang in a similar establishment, preferably Michelin star/ fine dining restaurants
- has a positive mindset and an eagerness to learn
- is proficient in the English and Dutch languages
